HOW FOX WORKS _
At FOX we want to offer you a new, more personalized way of shopping for leather.
We have chosen to facilitate your search by categorizing our products according to the part of the body you want to cover. Want a bracelet? Look in arms. Looking for a cockring? Click on the hips. It’s quite an intuitive system.
If you still can’t find something you are looking for, open the menu, click on the magnifying glass and search by keyword, or search at the traditional menu listed below.
Many products from our website can be chosen according to preselected standard measures (S, M, L, etc…) but many others are only made to measure.
You can customize based on size, colour and various other details.
Before starting the production of any object, we want to be sure that it is really what you want to be crafted. If needed, we will contact you for further details or to clarify doubts we might have.
And of course, in case of any uncertainty on your part, don’t hesitate to write to us before (or after) your purchase.
Take it easy, pay attention to the boundless options of each item and, above all, try to have a tape measure nearby, because in many cases some specific personal measurements will be required.

What type of material do you work with?
We work with leather of cow, calf and horse, although some pieces can be made (or including mixtures), from pork leather or reptile.
Why is the second piece I bought slightly different from the first?
Leather, like all fabrics, varies from season to season: it often depends on the manufacturer or supplier. If you buy several of the same objects within a few days, the likelihood is they are identical. But if weeks or months have passed, certain differences in the brightness, tone or surface of the leather can be observed. It’s important to remember that leather is a natural, organic product. Any item you buy will change slightly in appearance after use, which is to be expected with any organic product.
Do you have vegan leather?
Currently, we do not but we are open to working with the material in the future.
I'm allergic to metal, what do I do?
Let us know before or after placing an order. Many of our products are marked as ‘allergy-friendly’, but if the desired description isn’t on an item, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.
Can anything be done - if I don’t want the metal parts of an object oxidized in a short time?
Not a problem, we’re not fans either!
We mostly use stainless steel for the metal parts. However, in some circumstances, (aesthetic or manufacturing) that is not possible; if that's the case, it will be detailed in the product description.
Do you share my information with third parties?
Yes and no.
This point lends itself to confusion and must be clarified.
All the data you share with us stays within FOX. If you sign up for the newsletter with your email, we will only send you information, news or offers.

If your details are provided for a purchase, the shipping agent will need the information to deliver your order.
In this case (and only in this case) it is necessary to share part of your data (specifically, name and full address) to the shipping agent. Once the process is finished, FOX will remove your data from its database.
I'm worried about paying with a credit card on the Internet.
How do I know that it's a secure payment platform?
All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption thanks to the SSL protocol. You can see it at a glance in all major browsers: the HTTP prefix of our web address will change to HTTPS (the S is for Safe) and somewhere in URL window will appear an image of a padlock. If you click on this padlock, it will provide you with all the information of the corresponding SSL certificate, as well as the data of the Certifying Entity that has authorized it.
In simple terms: when you follow the payment gateway you are dealing with FOX, but the moment you jump to the step of filling in your credit card details, you are temporarily NOT with us, but the payment gateway. Once the process is finished, you return to FOX. This "disconnection" is what makes the process safe.
How long do you take to send a purchase?
Well, it depends: we have to make the item first 🙂
Remember that we are craftsmen and we can customize your purchases if you wish.
From the moment the order is received, everything is carried out by hand. We don't work with prefabricated stock. Some products come out in 24 hours, others need a few more days.
Can there be a delay?
In the event of a delay, incident or particularity, we will always keep you informed. That means that you can decide if you want to wait or cancel the order (at no additional cost).
Deliveries are performed by DHL, every working day.
The delivery time is variable, as all products are created at the time of order, but we estimate about 5 working days from the day of departure. This information is given for legal reasons, although we strive to reduce delivery times as much as possible.
You can put any address you wish (personal, office, hotel, etc.) but we do not send orders to packing stations or PO Boxes.
How do I know when my purchase will arrive?
Once a purchase has been sent, we always send the courier company's tracking code (as soon as we obtain it), so you can trace your order. If you have any concerns, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number stated in the subject line of the email.
How much are the shipping costs?
Apart from the obvious difference between domestic (Germany) and international shippings, the shipping costs vary according to the weight of your order.

Which payment ways do you accept?

Can I return a purchase?
Yes, but we would need to check that the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging before processing a refund.

14 days from the date you received the product.
What do I have to do to return it?
Click the link below to find our return form and fill in the indicated fields. Once the reason for the return has been accepted, send us the product, with a copy of the confirmation email attached to the following address:

Attention: only in cases where an error has been made on our part, will we be able to cover the shipping costs.
How and when will the refund be paid to me?
Automatically. After we have received and checked the product at FOX, we will refund the cost of the item according to how it was paid (transfer, card, paypal, etc.)
Attention: In accordance with banking legislation, no refunds can be made on credit cards whose expiry date has passed. In this case, FOX reserves the right to ask the customer for all the data necessary to make the corresponding refund through other means.
Are there cases where a refund is not accepted?
Some cases to bear in mind:
- When a product has been customized with personal details such as initials, names, dates or specific designs.
- When you have made a mistake with a size that does NOT follow the standard measurement chart (i.e. S, M, L, XL...) or it has been specially made-to-measure. For example, for a belt, we would need your exact measurements to custom make it.
- When, for safety and hygiene reasons, a specified product has had contact with the genital area (cockrings, jockstraps, etc...).
If the mistake was made by us, a return will be processed, no questions asked.
